Born in Gibraltar, Lesley began creating films from an early age and always took a particular interest in the editing process. Lesley is also an Editing alumna of the prestigious National Film and Television School where she was awarded the Avid Award for Excellence in Editing at her graduation. She is now also an editing tutor at the NFTS and London Met Film School, where she is enjoying nurturing the next generation of filmmakers.

Having a good relationship and working closely with her team are extremely important to Lesley, as she believes that the best work comes from strong collaborations.

In her spare time, Lesley enjoys playing piano, photographing events and is an avid jigsaw puzzler (classic editor), which all feed into her work.
